Non-Surgical Facelift - Cosmetic Acupuncture
TCM’s effectiveness to a wrinkle-free face is due to the increased circulation to
the face when receiving acupuncture. Bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the cells nourishes and regenerates them. TCM also focuses on good

breakdown the nutrients effectively and provide the energy necessary to lift the muscles of the face. In addition, the acupuncture needles activate
acetylecholine, a neurotransmitter that causes muscle contraction, resulting in a tighter, smoother skin. Wrinkles will soften,
giving you a relaxed, vibrant glow.
After the removal of needles, the Acutron Energy Light Rejuvenation machine is
used. This machine emits both microcurrents and light simultaneously to help
facial rejuvenation. The microcurrents are gentle pulsed electrical currents that
are low frequency range for therapeutic treatments. They help reduce wrinkles
and regenerate healthy skin tissue. It does this because a microcurrent  stimulates collagen and elastin production.
Light is also a frequency that communicates with tissue cells. With regards to reducing facial wrinkles the color
green is used. However, depending on the individual and hers/his facial needs, a different light may be used.
The combination of acupuncture and the Acutron machine truly assists in softening and smoothening the
skin giving it a more youthful, radiant face.
The initial treatment for facelift acupuncture includes an evaluation and nutritional counseling that will give
guidance in promoting and maintaining a youthful skin. The protocol for this non
-surgical facelift is a series of ten treatments. The first treatment is 90 minutes. Treatments thereafter are one hour.
